COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra- Gear 7616980 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Endress-Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Cam parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Cam product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the 2557GB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS512124M09 manufactured by Electro-Cam and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Cam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS523811ADR by Manufacturer Electro-Cam as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand 66NEMA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as A6510T equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FTM made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular M432NCN07G7 original spares produced by Elwood-Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 362AZP by Electronics-Inc and A6510T spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC67PC711 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson---Ge-Fanuc. |
